Project Manager

The Project Manager will assist with the development of biologic drug development, and Portfolio Management. This position will play a key role maintaining coordination and communication between internal departments, and between the Corporate and its product deferment partners.

Responsibilities:

Support the development of superior biologic drugs for unmet medical need
Conduct team meetings with internal and external stakeholders; develop agenda, meeting minutes, and action items for team members.
Assist project teams and senior management with the development of realistic project planning and execution maintaining project scope, timelines and budget.
Ensure that project timelines, milestones and cost commitments are met.
Integrate early clinical and drug development plans into overall product programs to achieve corporate objectives.
Assist R&D groups with best practices for resource allocation.
Act as point of contact for project reporting & update.
Support portfolio development to achieve corporate goals.

Required Skills:

5+ years’ experience in a project management position in a small-scale CRO, biotech or pharmaceutical setting.
Superior knowledge of scheduling and resource allocation.
Strong facilitation skills and ability to lead and influence without having positional authority.
Very strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal and written skills.
Proficient in both English and Mandarin is a must.
Must have good interpersonal skills and experience building positive working partnerships.
Strong desire to collaborate with others.
Life science experience especially with biologic drug development is highly desired.

Education:

M.S, or higher in a scientific discipline.
Formal project management training and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook).
